If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. The full service fee will still apply. 4. Package Expiration Packages purchased are valid for a specified period from the date of purchase. The expiration date will be communicated at the time of purchase. Unused sessions within the package will expire and cannot be refunded or carried over. 5. Refund Policy Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for services rendered are not provided.
